I've been receiving quite a number of enquiries regarding my aunt's balloon sculpturing service after I've posted some of her work done for Baby Ashlene's Full Month Celebration so I thought I'd share more of her work and the pricing here.

If you're looking for something reasonable or a bag of balloons to keep kids entertained and liven up any party, this will be a good and economical choice.

For parties it's much more economical to get the party pack though. Depending on your theme, say you doing a pink or blue theme, you can request for all balloons to be pink or blue.

For just $50 you can have 15 balloons to keep your little guests entertained or even as party favors! This price is based on self collection. Location is 5 minutes walk from Redhill MRT. you can customize the balloon column with a foil balloon like below.  These foil balloons are actually very affordable. i've purchased a pair of minnie mouse head balloon for Ashlene's 1st Birthday from taobao at just 30 cents per piece!


Check out the balloon column on the left with the minnie mouse head foil balloon..these are just some ideas. My aunt made the column in pink with white polka dots to match our Minnie Mouse theme for Sticky Bean's 1st Birthday. CLICK here to read about My First DIY Minnie Mouse Birthday Party!

She made the number 1 balloon you see in the middle as well, a really nice decoration for any birthday parties!

Our Muji Home Reno Journey | Electrical works and Aircon Trunking

Before embarking on our Muji Home renovation journey, I never knew that the bulk of the work comes from the electrical wiring and the importance of electrical works. In fact, we totally overlooked that part. How many sockets needed and where to place them. Before we selected our ID, we met one of them onsite and the ID just went on asking us how many sockets and lighting point we need in this room, where we need the socket to be located at ...bla bla bla all of these during our first on-site meeting. The Miscarriage: : the Mini Confinement after Miscarriage

When it comes to confinement following a miscarriage, there are 101 versions of old wives tales to confuse you. There're people who say (such as doctors and gynaes), since the pregnancy period is short, less than 3 months, it didn't affect our body much so we actually do not need to do confinement. But my gynae did mention that of course i can try to avoid the cold, icy stuffs still. And then there will be the extreme ones who'd think going through a miscarriage is more damaging to a woman's body than giving birth itself and hence one must observe the rules of confinement and the best is to do it for 2 weeks. But think about this, where on earth to get 2 weeks mc? we are only entitled 14 days mc a year leh... And then there's the reasonable ones and I'm blessed that both my mother and mother-in-law and even my brother's mother-in-law, who runs a chinese medical hall (TCM) belongs to this group.
