Upcoming Wedding Show



 There's an upcoming Wedding Show over at Marina Square from the 14th July 2011(Thursday) to 17th July 2011 (Sunday) over at Marina Square Level 2.

I've told Mr. Keir about it (though I doubt he remember it's this coming week) and I thought there's no harm popping by to take a look.

Even though we had our bridal package signed, they actually have wedding banquets, wedding venues, entertainers etc.

Who knows? we might be able to get more ideas from this fair. Though I can't really recall if there's even a proper event space at Marina Square level 2 for a decent looking wedding show.

I hoped to be able to settle and confirm our venue by this month, so that we can at the very least proceed to picking gowns and preparing for our pre-wedding shot first....

As of now, we had went to the Butterfly Park @ Sentosa, and another venue on a boat, with 2 other more appointments, 1 at another gardenly palace and another one at one of the country clubs...

I supposed we're on the right direction eh?

Taiwan Kids friendly Accommodation with slides - not your usual list!

And so from a mere idea of bringing Sticky Bean with us to Taiwan, this idea was put into action with Singapore Airlines 70th Anniversary promotion where you get to pay only $70 for a child's ticket! Though it's not exactly the cheapest option for flying to Taiwan, we thought to pay a little more for better service and not to mention safety since it will be Sticky Bean's first time traveling on a relatively longer flight. Her first plane ride was a really short one to KL, a mere 1 hour away. If she's manageable on the flight, we can then consider budget airlines such as Scoot or even Jetstar for our subsequent travels. So why Taiwan? There are plenty of reasons for our choice other than both Mr. Keir and myself love Taiwan for the food and hospitality. Yes, we love Taiwan that much. But this time around, a friend from Taiwan suggested that we can pop by Okinawa too since it's a mere 1 hour plus flight away from Taiwan and the air tickets are pretty reasonable too. So we took Singapore Airlines to Taiwan - Taoyuan airport and took Peach Airlines, a Japanese low-cost carrier (budget) airline to Okinawa.
